Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina, absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at C/O HTS 2321 Siempre Viva Ct Suite 103 San Diego, CA  92154.

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
Wednesday, October 16, 2024 - Thursday, November 14, 2024

Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at C/O HTS 2321 Siempre Viva Ct Suite 103 San Diego, CA  92154 starting:
Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than: or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

If freight is delivered to the Advance Warehouse within the posted date range or on-target, it is billed at the Standard Rate. If freight is delivered to the Advance Warehouse outside the posted date range or off-target, it is billed at the Non-Standard Rate.
