Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - This event moves out on overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply. Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

IMPORTANT: Show Management APPROVAL is required for all hanging signs through Informa.

* All dates and times are freight unloading and not a guarantee labor start time.

The Santa Clara Fire Marshal requires the following for hanging signs:
Large signs hung above booths must be hollow so there is no obstruction for the sprinkler water to reach the floor below.

Please review the Santa Clara Convention Center Facilities Guide found on their website for all requirements.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.
