Important Inbound and Outbound Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT



Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at YRC 201 Haskins Way South San Francisco, CA  94080

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:8/18/2017
Friday, August 18, 2017 - Monday, September 18, 2017

Warehouse will be closed Monday, September 4, 2017 in observance of the Labor Day holiday.


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at YRC 201 Haskins Way South San Francisco, CA  94080 starting

Tuesday, September 26, 20178:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Monday, October 2, 20173:00 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
