IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT



Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at YRC 201 Haskins Way South San Francisco, CA  94080

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:9/27/2017
Wednesday, September 27, 2017 - Wednesday, October 25, 2017


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at YRC 201 Haskins Way South San Francisco, CA  94080 starting:

Monday, November 6, 20178:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Friday, November 10, 20173:00 PM 
 Shipments not picked up by this time will be re-routed via GES Logistics on Monday, November 13, 2017.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
