• All rigging plans need to be reviewed and approved by GES.
• Plans with combined loads in excess of 200 lbs. will be reviewed at $250.00 on or prior to discount deadline date.
• Final plans reviewed after deadline date will be billed per the schedule below.

Deadline Date: Tuesday, February 10, 2026

Plan or plan revisions received:
February 11 - February 17: $500.00 per booth space
February 18 - February 24: $750.00 per booth space
February 25 thru Show: $1000.00 per booth space

Plans revised on site will be charged $1000.00 plus the show site hourly rate for the GES Production Rigger to evaluate load to ceiling and redesign if necessary.

Plans must be sent via Email for review.
