Important Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Los Angeles Convention Center absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 5560 Katella Ave. Cypress, CA  90630


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:10/22/2018
Monday, October 22, 2018 - Monday, November 19, 2018



Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 5560 Katella Ave. Cypress, CA  90630 starting:

Tuesday, December 4, 20188:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Wednesday, December 12, 20183:30 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
