Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - In the event move out is during overtime,
all applicable surcharges will apply.
Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Please be advised that on-site equipment has a lifting capacity of 4,500 lbs. Should your equipment require a heavier lift or requires a 4-Stage lift please contact GES no later than 02/13/2018.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.
