PMA's Fresh Summit

To expedite the move-out process and minimize costs, GES is offering a savings package for 10' x 10' and 10' x 20' booths.

Dismantle Package

In order to qualify for this package, exhibitor must occupy a 10' x 10' or 10' x 20' booth and use GES to tear down their booth, as well as for outbound shipping. Discounts do not apply if ordered separately or for those in different booth sizes. In order to take advantage of this package, must be ordered by Monday, September 23, 2019.

Package includes:
  • Dismantle labor at Standard Time rate (rather than Over Time rate) on Saturday and Sunday at $77.50 per hour /per worker, 1 Hour Minimum.
  • Outbound ground or express shipping at discounted rates, see below.
  • GES Supervision (OK to proceed without exhibitor) included at no additional cost.

Dismantle Information

Labor services for tear down:
  • Exhibitor must complete the order details below.
  • It is the exhibitor's responsibility to pack all collateral, product and literature. GES is only responsible for taking down and packing the booth materials.
  • Exhibitor must turn in GES Bill of Lading prior to leaving show site to GES Service desk.

  • Order your roundtrip shipping with GES Logistics and qualify for 10% off Material Handling fees.
  • Note all other applicable charges as outlined in the kit apply, including Material Handling.
