Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - This event moves out on overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply.
Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Overtime: All other times, Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays.
Trucks signing in after 2:00 PM may be charged at the overtime rate.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.

Thu. Feb. 11, 2016Advance shipments may begin arriving at warehouse*: 8:00 AMGES will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials starting Thursday, February 11, 2016. Material arriving after Thursday, March 11, 2016 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.
Fri. Mar. 11, 2016Last day for Advance Shipments to arrive at Warehouse without surcharges* 3:30 PM
Wed. Mar. 16, 2016Direct Delivery to Show Site 8:00 AM To 5:00 PMGES will receive shipments at the exhibit site starting March 16, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility are the responsibility of the Exhibitor.
Wed. Feb. 24, 2016Discount Deadline Date for orders received with payment: 5:00 PMAll orders must be received with payment by this date to get discounted rates
