Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the We-Ko-Pa Resort and Conference Center absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 1500 South 91st Avenue Suite 101 Phoenix, AZ  85353


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:2/20/2023
Monday, February 20, 2023 - Wednesday, March 8, 2023


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Wednesday, March 15, 20234:00 PM To 8:00 PM 

Carriers must be checked in by:
