Join the GES Caravan!

The GES Caravan is the only SIA sponsored caravan from 2017 ORWM to the SIA Snow Show (SIA) show in Denver. GES Logistics has coordinated transportation for Exhibitor's freight from Salt Lake City to Denver. You must reserve your space in the caravan prior to the January 10, 2017 deadline date to ensure on time delivery at SIA.

Your freight will be loaded at the close of ORWM for direct shipping to SIA show. Your shipment with the caravan must be ready to load no later than Noon on January 14, 2017.

The advantages of using GES Logistics:

• ALL GES Logistics shipments will be delivered to the GES ADVANCE Warehouse.
• Cost Savings: Show Site Material Handling Rates vs. Warehouse Material Handling Rates will be applied to your GES invoice and up to an additional 10% discount off your material handling for round trip shipments. (Please refer to the Transportation Plus Material Handling form in the exhibitor's manual for details.)
• Confidence: Your GES Logistics shipment will be in your booth prior to your assigned targeted move-in day/time at SIA.
  
  

GES has no liability for claims arising from acts of God, including delays or loss due to inclement weather.
