IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Harrah's Lake Tahoe Casino Hotel absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 101 Panther Drive Reno, NV  89506


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:8/15/2022
Monday, August 15, 2022 - Friday, September 2, 2022


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 101 Panther Drive Reno, NV  89506 starting:

Tuesday, September 20, 20228:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Tuesday, September 20, 20224:00 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
