Drayage Rate Schedule for Non-Package Services

Advance Shipments
  • Shipments that exhibitors desire to forward in advance can be sent to the Global Experience Specialists, Inc. (GES) warehouse, 7000 Lindell Road, Las Vegas NV, 89118.
  • Shipments will be held for up to sixty (60) days prior to show move in and delivered to the exhibit site at the rate of: $17.16 per cwt. 100 lbs minimum per shipment.
  • Drivers must be checked in by 2:00 PM.
  • Shipments arriving to warehouse are not to exceed 5000 lbs

Overtime Shipments
  • To be guaranteed same day unloading drivers must check in by 2:00 PM, 100lbs minimum per shipment. Combine shipments to save money.
  • A surcharge will apply to freight shipments that check in to the GES freight marshalling trailer after 2:00 PM on weekdays, or all day Saturday, Sunday and holidays. These shipments will be handled at the rate of: $11.85 per cwt. – each way.
  • In the event of Overtime shipments received without a certified weight certificate, a $30.00 fee will be charged per shipment.

If the targeted move-in date requires a truck delivery of materials on a weekend or holiday, the Package Plan rates will apply.

Shipments Arriving and Picked Up Off-Target
  • Shipments arriving and/or picked up off target may be subject to additional time, material and equipment charges.
Uncrated and/or Loose Materials
  • All labor supplied for unloading and reloading uncrated display materials will be charged: $20.95 per cwt.
  • In the event of Uncrated and/or Loose Materials shipments received without a certified weight certificate, a $30.00 fee will be charged per shipment.

Small Package
  • There is no fee for the receiving and delivery of small packages.
  • Small packages have a maximum weight of 50 lbs per shipment, per delivery. This includes UPS and Federal Express shipments.
  • All shipments received via air carrier that do not fall under the small package category may be subject to special handling charges.
  • Be sure to keep a record of your shipment tracking information with you onsite.

Rail Shipments
  • Unloading at the railroad siding will be done on a time and materials basis.
  • Rates at the railroad siding for all labor are Tariff Regulated by the Public Service Commission.
Cranes
  • All crane orders must be confirmed with GES Freight Department 1 day prior to being needed.
