• Please Complete Equipment Information Questionnaire form and submit it no later than Tuesday, September 10, 2019.
• To schedule any equipment that needs assembly contact GES at 702-515-5867 (CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE War Room).
• Review the CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE Exhibitor Package Plan for all that is included for your booth space.
• All treaded equipment has to be planked to and from the booth area. Exhibitors are required to abide by this requirement.

• Drivers with inbound shipments must check in at the Marshaling Yard by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading.
• To determine your assigned target date and time, see targeted floorplan.
• Target time is for check-in at the Marshaling Yard Only. Actual unloading can take many hours. Target dates apply to machinery and display materials.
• Certified Weight Certificates will be required. Separate weights for Display Materials and Machinery Equipment are required.
• Please schedule labor the day AFTER your target date. Refer to target plan for move-in date.
• Complete Shipping labels and label shipments appropriately (Display, Carpet, Hanging Sign, etc.). If materials are not properly identified, they will be classified as Display Material.
• An exhibitor representative should be present during initial placement of equipment. The initial spotting of the equipment for installation is included in the Exhibitor Package Plan. There will be a charge for any equipment moves after the initial spotting.

Outbound Targeting Information

• At the close of the show, the empty containers are returned in random order. This process will up to seven (7) hours. Please be mindful of this when scheduling your dismantle labor, for empty containers need to be delivered prior to labor provided for dismantle.
• See color coded Empty Plan located at the GES Service Center for proper labeling of empty containers.
• All carriers, trucks, or personal vehicles, picking up shipments need to check in prior to 2:00 pm on targeted outbound day. Do not have carriers arrive earlier than the afternoon prior to your targeted move out.
• The Marshaling Yard is located at 2982 Post Road, Las Vegas, Nevada. Please be prepared to provide proper information at the GES Marshalling Yard to avoid delays and additional fees.
• Move-In Lot passes will not be honored for move-out. All vehicles will need obtain a Move-Out pass at marshaling or from a freight foreman.
