• Before show vacuuming/sweeping included in CONEXPO-CON/AGG &IFPE Exhibitor Package Plan • 2nd and 3rd story vacuuming /sweeping is not included in CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE Exhibitor Package Plan
• Vacuuming includes emptying your wastebasket nightly.
• Cost of services will be invoiced based on the total area of your booth.
• Porter Service, when ordered, is GES emptying wastebaskets & wiping down counters at two hour intervals, show hours only. Vacuuming not included. If you need to have Porter Service at one hour intervals, then additional porter service labor needs to be ordered.

To ensure your booth is show-ready, specify your requirements below. Please call us if you have a special need. GES is the exclusive cleaning contractor for your show and will handle all cleaning services on the exhibit floor.

Cost of shampooing, mopping and waxing will be invoiced on the total area of your booth, 100 square feet minimum. Cost of vacuuming, shampooing, mopping and waxing second/third story structures will be invoiced on the total area of your booth, 100 square feet minimum.

Carpet vacuuming or sweeping of floor (single story)* and emptying of wastebaskets before the opening of each show day is included. Porter service is available at an additional cost to the exhibitor.

*This excludes the second floor of any two-story exhibits.
