Should you have equipment that needs assembly and want to schedule a date and location, please contact GES at 800-475-2098 and ask to be connected to the MinExpo War Room.

Please note on the Material Handling/Drayage Services page, these rates are one way rates. Material handling will be billed these rates on the inbound AND the outbound. Charges will be based on the weight of your shipment. Each shipment received is considered separately. The shipment weight will be rounded to the next 100 pounds. Each 100 pounds is considered one “cwt.” (One hundred weight).

All treaded equipment has to be planked to and from the booth area. Exhibitors are required to abide by this requirement. The mobile equipment rates given on form R-13a are for escorting of equipment and normal plywood planking.

Inbound Targeting Information
  • The Marshaling Yard will open at 5:00 AM during the inbound and 4:00 during the outbound.
  • To determine your assigned target date and time, find your booth number and match the color to the key on the targeted move in floor plan.
  • Target time is for check-in at the Marshalling Yard Only. Actual unloading can take many hours. Target dates apply to machinery and display materials.
  • Certified Weight Certificates will be required. Separate weights for Display Materials and Machinery Equipment are required.
  • Please schedule labor the day AFTER your target date. Refer to target plan for move-in date.
  • If materials are not properly identified, they will be classified as Display Material.

At the close of the show, the empty containers will be returned to the booth in random order. This process will take several hours. Please be mindful of this when scheduling your dismantle labor.

Carriers, trucks or otherwise, picking up shipments need to check in at the GES Marshaling yard located at 2982 West Post Road, Las Vegas NV 89119.

DO NOT HAVE CARRIERS ARRIVE EARLIER THAN THE AFTERNOON PRIOR TO YOUR TARGETED MOVE OUT.

Marshalling yard truck passes used for Move-in will not be honored for move-out. All vehicles will need to obtain the Move Out Pass at marshalling or from a freight foreman.
