For the attention of all exhibitor appointed contractors (EAC’s)

There are two steps to gaining access to the show floor.

Step 1. The Booth coordinator must register the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor by logging in to the secure IMEX portal here.

Step 2. Exhibit Builders must pre-register their labor prior to October 2nd.

It is crucial that you register all construction labor in order to receive daily wrist bands. Please submit a list of your labor who will require wrist bands via complete this form

If you are registering labor onsite the EAC supervisor will be responsible to provide a labor list in order to receive wrist bands for move-in and move-out.

Individual workers will not be given wrist bands without a supervisor.

All labor must present their wrist bands upon entry into the exhibition hall. Under no circumstances will anyone be allowed in the expo hall without a wrist band. All entrances to the hall will be manned by security staff 24 hours.

During move-in and move-out your staff must carry a photo ID. On demand the wrist band plus the photo ID must be shown as identification to security personnel.
