Enhance your booth with Meeting Pods! This product is suitable for all booths, with two (2) sizes to choose from - Grande and Venti. High-efficiency ventilation continuously refreshes air while advanced acoustic performance reduces surrounding noise by up to 30.9 dB, creating a comfortable environment for focused and productive conversations. Meeting Pod sizing cannot be adjusted. Custom graphics for Meeting Pod Side and Back panels are available.
Electrical must be ordered separately. (1) 10amp/1000 watt outlet is needed per Meeting Pod.

NOTE: Be mindful of Meeting Pod size and location. Meeting Pod Grande fits 2-4 people. Meeting Pod Venti fits 4-6 people. Depending on booth dimensions, multiple Meeting Pods can be ordered and placed next to each other to achieve multiple meeting spaces.
Unit stands alone as an independent structure.

Orders, payments, and artwork must be received no later than the 30 days before show open to ensure availability.

Pricing includes shipping, delivery, rental, material handling, and removal for the Meeting Pods. Booth structure, flooring, and furniture must be purchased separately.

Order Meeting Pods with custom graphics to be delivered directly to your booth:

• Step 2: Add the Meeting Pod with the graphic placement you want to your cart.
• Step 3: Upload your graphic file during checkout.
• Step 4: The proof will be sent to you via email for approval.
