    Per ADAA, all exhibitors are required to purchase liability insurance coverage naming ADAA as an additional insured. ADAA has arranged for policies to be available through Total Event Insurance. Please click: HERE.

Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - In the event move-in or move-out is during overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply. Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Trucks signing in after 2:00 PM may be charged at the overtime rate.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM & Holidays.

Direct to show site shipments will not be accepted at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino:

All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the facility. The facility does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the facility will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES.

If freight is delivered to the Advance Warehouse or Direct-to-Show within the posted date range or on-target, it is billed at the Standard Rate. If freight is delivered to the Advance Warehouse or Direct-to-Show outside the posted date range or off-target, it is billed at the Non-Standard Rate. Posted date ranges are listed under Important Dates and Deadlines under Show Information.

In addition, carriers must be directed to pick up outbound shipments at the GES warehouse.
