What's Included in the Standard Booth

  • If your company name does not auto-populate, please come back in a few days. Company information populates approximately 5-7 business days after your contract is signed with Informa. Booth numbers listed on GES Expresso beginning with a "Z" are placeholder booth numbers. You will receive your booth number and dimensions from your Informa Account Executive once the floor plan is finalized.

    Exhibitors must select their booth package items (garment racks, shelves, tables and chairs). Those who don’t select their booth package items prior to the Discount Deadline Date, July 24, 2025, will be charged a surcharge for delivery of any booth package items not ordered prior to the Discount Deadline Date.

    If exhibitor does not select their package by deadline of July 24, 2025, booths up to 300 sq.ft. will incur a one-time charge of $373.50 and booths 301 sq.ft. and larger will incur a one-time charge of $747.00. If you do not wish to opt-in for the entire package a per item fee of $62.25 will be charged.

    Please note: The larger costs are for the full package delivery

*All inbound carriers must check into the advance warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
