***Carpet is NOT provided with the booth package. Floor covering is mandatory in all booths and must be installed by 4pm on Tuesday, August 15, 2023. If this deadline is not met, show management will order carpet from GES and the exhibitor will be charged show site carpet rates.****

PLEASE NOTE: Free drayage and cartload per exhibitor. The first 300 pounds of drayage OR up to two cartloads maximum on the in and two cartloads maximum on the out for each Exhibitor. The savings will be reflected as a credit on your final GES bill. Please refer to the Drayage Information Here for more information and details. Exhibitors having any single shipment over 8000 lbs receive a 12% discount off of applicable rates. This applies to Advanced and Direct Shipments.

Hanging signs only allowed in Island or Peninsula booths 20' x 20' or larger.
