Hanging Sign Information

Please order Hanging Signs by the Monday, July 24, 2023 deadline date. By ordering in advance you will help us assure your sign is properly assembled and installed.

GES is responsible for assembly, installation and removal of all hanging signs. Please contact GES at HangingSignsandRigging@ges.com.

  • All signs must be designed to comply with Show Organizer rules and regulations and facility limitations.
  • Make sure all signs, with the exception of cloth and vinyl banners, have structurally engineered rigging points as well as blueprints displaying a current structural engineer's stamp.
  • If your sign requires electricity, make sure it is in working order and in accordance with the National Electric Code.
  • Include Showsite Exhibitor contact information with the order.
  • Include engineer-stamped drawings with hanging instructions as well as a set of assembly instructions (placement/orientation) with the order. GES accepts no liability for any work completed without such instructions, when required. Work is done at Exhibitor’s risk and Exhibitor shall indemnify and defend GES and Show Organizer from any claims arising out of or related to the installation or dismantle of any sign without approved drawings.

Does your High Lift require Electrical Labor?

  • Does your sign weigh over 300lbs?
  • Does your sign have a rotator?
  • Does your sign have any electrical components?
If you answer "yes" to any of these questions, your sign is electrical, and you will need to refer to the Mandalay Bay Exhibitor Services to order labor from the facility to hang your sign. Any sign weighing over 300lbs must be installed by electricians and will require a hoist motor. Be sure to order electrical power for your sign.


Shipping Instructions

Hanging signs should be received in advance at the Warehouse by Monday, July 24, 2023. Please ship all hanging signs in a separate container with the special sign label provided on the Labels page. Mark bill of lading “Hanging Sign." Prepay all shipments. Collect shipments will not be accepted.

Reminder: To receive the discount price, you must complete and submit the following by Monday, July 24, 2023. Any order received incomplete, rates will be changed to reflect when the complete order has been received, Regular and Show site rates may apply.
