Material Handling/Drayage Services

What is Material Handling?

The unloading of your shipment, transporting it to your booth, storing and returning your empty crates and cartons and reloading your shipment at the close of the show (also called Drayage). This service is not included in the cost of your booth space. Avoid unexpected costs at show site and pre-order this service below. Shipping/Logistics costs are separate and are not included in material handling rates. Material Handling surcharges may apply.

LTW Surcharge: 30.00%
Special Handling Surcharge: 35.00%
Uncrated Surcharge: 60.00%
Return to Warehouse Fee: $20.10 per CWT (10 CWT Minimum)
Storage Fee: $7.50 per CWT per month

Please note: Shipments arriving before Tuesday, September 4, 2018 will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after Wednesday, October 3, 2018 will incur a late to warehouse fee.
