Important Outbound Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT



Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Green Valley Ranch absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 7000 Lindell Road Las Vegas, NV  89118

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:9/4/2018
Tuesday, September 4, 2018 - Wednesday, October 3, 2018

Warehouse will be closed Monday, September 3, 2018 in observance of the Labor Day holiday.


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 7000 Lindell Road Las Vegas, NV  89118 starting

Monday, October 15, 20188:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Monday, October 22, 20184:30 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
