In order to receive the discount rates on both your outlets and labor order, the Booth Layout must be submitted with your electrical order on or before the discount deadline date of Monday, May 21, 2018.

What are the submission requirements for my Booth Layout?
The following requirements must be met in order for the Booth Layout to be accepted:
  • Main Drop Location (MDL): This is where all the power ordered for you booth will initially be placed in your booth and dispersed from there. If you are an In-line or Peninsula booth, meaning another booth is connected to the back of your booth, your MDL automatically defaults to the Back of your Booth (BOB). If power is not requested at any other location other than BOB, no floor plan is required. For all Island booths, meaning aisles on all four sides or your booth, an MDL must be provided on the floor plan. Please also indicate any additional drops you may be requesting in your booth as MDL2, MDL3, etc.
  • Orientation: Required for all floor plans to indicate the direction of your booth layout. This is provided by listing the surrounding booths.
  • Distribution: You will need to indicate how much power is required at each location you have identified on the booth layout. A minimum of 5amps is required at each location.
  • Power Needs: You may also notate the equipment requiring the power source in the same box on the grid, i.e. showcase, lights, 37” monitor, etc.
