What's Included in the Standard Booth

  • Carpet is NOT provided with the booth package. Floor covering is mandatory and will be forced at the exhibitor's expense.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    Free drayage and cartload per exhibitor
    The first 300 lbs. of drayage for all exhibitors will be paid for by WPA and will be reflected on final invoice.

    Exhibitors having any single shipment over 8000 lbs. receive a 12% discount off of applicable rates. This applies to Advanced and Direct Shipments.

*All inbound carriers must check into the advance warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
