On behalf of the Exhibitor Services team here at Global Experience Specialists (GES), we would like to thank you for exhibiting at MRC 2016.

Please remove any and all tape, and/or adhesives from your rental exhibit booth space. This includes wall panels, metal frame, furniture and accessories. Damage of any nature will result in a $125.00 fee per panel and/or a $300.00 fee per frame that is damaged. This applies to any tape and/or adhesive that is not removed prior to dismantle. This would also apply to the use of staples.

The fee for any damaged panels, if applicable, will be assessed at the conclusion of MRC 2016 and added to your final GES invoice.
