Show Management will enforce a NO CART POLICY for all Exhibitor-Appointed Contractors (EACs). This applies to the Las Vegas Convention Center and Mandalay Bay Convention Center, and any other facility where MAGIC activities occur.

Only pre-approved official Show Management-designated vendors will be allowed to have any type of cart on the show floors. EACs will not be allowed to operate carts on any MAGIC show floors.

EAC’s will continue to be allowed to use carts OUTSIDE the halls to travel between halls.

In addition, official vendors are required to decrease the number of carts used.

MAGIC has adopted this policy for several reasons:

• Safety is enhanced with less cart traffic on the active show floors.


• Overall build efficiency is increased. Forklift and condor access is freed, and exhibitor freight is delivered faster.


• Fewer carts contribute to a greener show.
