Cartload Service:

GES assistance in moving in a total weight of 200lbs. using a flatbed electric cart. There should be at least two people per vehicle; one to go with the GES operator and one to stay with the vehicle.

• Vehicles that qualify: Personally owned vehicles-Pickup Trucks, SUV's, Cars or Passenger Vans. Each vehicle will be evaluated upon arrival based on the items loaded. If for any reason, the weight of your items is above 200lbs, you will be sent to the marshalling yard to be weighed and billed at the drayage rate.
• Vehicles that DO NOT QUALIFY: Box trucks, Trailers, Cargo Vans, U-hauls. If you show up with a vehicle that does not qualify for cartload, you will be sent to the GES marshalling yard to be weighed and billed at the drayage rate.
• MAX Weight: 200lbs. total weight to be delivered on ONE TRIP to the booth.

  Inbound- 2/10 & 2/11 8am-5pm
  Outbound- 2/14 5pm-9pm

  • South Upper Exhibitors: Front of the South Hall
  • South Lower Exhibitors: Back of the South Hall
  • Central Exhibitors: Door 1, in front of Central Hall

Hand Carry:

If you choose this option, please note that with the exception of rolling garment racks, you will not be permitted to use dollies, rolling carts or any type of equipment. This service is exactly what it says: Hand Carry. You will be given 30min. to deliver your items to your booth. Please make sure you have someone with you to stay with the vehicle.

• Inbound- 2/10 & 2/11 8am-5pm
  Outbound- 2/14 5pm-9pm
• Location: Through the glass doors in the front entrance of your corresponding hall.

Drayage:

All shipments that are considered drayage will need to adhere to your target date & time as listed on the floor plan. Drayage applies when you have a shipment that does not meet the cartload or hand carry requirements listed above. Your driver will need to be checked in no later than your target time and will be dispatched on a first come, first serve basis. If you requested and were approved for a target change, please make sure your driver has the confirmation letter/email with them for check-in.

• Marshaling Yard Hours:
• Inbound- According to target. You may check in as early as 5am every day. Please make sure that your driver is checked in by 2pm to guarantee same day offload.
• Outbound- According to target. This information will also be on your move-out notice, which will be provided on site. In addition, a floor plan listing your target will be posted at the service desk for reference.
