Print Special Handling Notice

To avoid the special handling surcharge for WWDMAGIC / Sourcing at MAGIC / WSA at MAGIC, you are required to adhere to the following:

• Individual shipments must be consolidated (load all together on the trailer).
• Multiple shipments must be loaded logistically and delivered according to assigned scheduled dates.

We understand there may be some trailers that will need to have more than one area loaded on the trailer, you may combine your trailers in the following manner:

• Freight for meeting rooms N101 - N264 may be loaded on the same trailer
• Freight for exhibit halls N1-N2 may be loaded on the same trailer
• Freight for exhibit halls N3-N4 may be loaded on the same trailer
• Freight for exhibit halls C1-C2, meeting rooms may be loaded on the same trailer
• Freight for exhibit halls C3-C5 may be loaded on the same trailer
• Freight for exhibit halls S1-S2 may be loaded on the same trailer
• Freight for exhibit halls S3-S4 may be loaded on the same trailer

When loading freight for different doors on the same trailer, please separate the freight logistically for each door (remember — freight for different doors that are on the same trailer can only be combined in the above manner). If the doors are combined properly, but are mixed on the trailer, special handling charges will apply.
