3 MONEY SAVING OPTIONS WITH GES

GES GUARANTEES TARGET FREIGHT DELIVERY IF YOU CHOOSE TO SHIP YOUR FREIGHT THROUGH ONE OF THE FOLLOWING METHODS:

1. SHIPPING THROUGH THE GES WAREHOUSE

Due to the short move-in, long delays may be incurred on direct shipments to show site. By shipping early to the Warehouse, you can be assured that your freight will be in your booth by your direct show site target date. Shipments must arrive to the GES Warehouse by Monday, August 11, 2014, in order to guarantee on-time delivery. (Late to Warehouse surcharge could apply.)

1. If your freight is combined with other shipments, contact GES for assistance in loading PROPERLY for efficient delivery. Freight loaded geographically will avoid delays caused by trucks being moved from freight door to freight door. (Special Handling shipments not loaded properly, or listed on individual Bills of Lading will incur an additional 30% surcharge to the published rates). All shipments, including mixed or special handling shipments, must have a separate Bill of Lading with actual weight to avoid delays and additional surcharges! It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to notify their display house and carrier of these procedures.
   
   
2. Please ship your goods marked for the booth that they are intended to be exhibited in. Shipping under the Parent Company Name causes delays and billing problems.

Transportation from the August 2014 Show to the Warehouse and storage until February 2015 Show is all inclusive at $ 53.10 cwt. (1,000 lb. min.) Transportation from the Warehouse to the February 2015 Show is not included and will be charged at the advance to warehouse material handling rate. Rates apply only for shipments from one MAGIC - LVCC Show to the next and when charges are prepaid.

Arrangements must be made at the GES Exhibitor Success Central at move-out of the August 2015 Show. Rates apply to CRATED shipments ONLY.

Have "Full Service" advantages after the show. Keep your exhibit materials in the Las Vegas area and avoid double loading and unnecessary shipping costs. GES Exposition Services now has warehouse space available in the Las Vegas area with facilities and services to:

1. A. Receive and hold your equipment and/or exhibition materials
2. B. Option billing cycles
3. C. Provide delivery services for outbound shipping and/or local delivery
4. D. Ability to access your freight with a notice of three business days
5. E. Freight for next show will receive priority service
6. F. Provide complete personalized supervision
