10' x 10' Electrical Booth Layout Submission

In order to receive the discount rates on both your outlets and labor order, the Booth Layout must be submitted with your electrical order on or before the discount deadline date of Saturday, September 6, 2025.

Please provide the information below

   (Please check this if you are changing your existing order.)



    Example:
    For 120v power – 1-5, 1-10, etc.
    For 208v power 1 phase – 1-10a208v1p, 1-30a208v1p, etc.
    For 208v power 3 phase – 1-10a208v3p, 1-30a208v3p, etc.
    For 24hr power – add @24 after the power, 1-5@24, 2-20@24, etc.
    For 1000w Overhead Lights (KOH)/Bay Lights – 2-KOH, 3 Bay

Please type in the amount of power required for the distribution points in any of the boxes provided on the grid by using the same abbreviation in outlet ordered box above. To better service you, you may also notate the equipment requiring the power source in the same box on the grid, i.e. showcase, lights, 37” monitor, etc.
