GES UAE Terms & Conditions

Price Rates & Order Generation
  • Prices on this form are exclusive of 5% VAT.
  • Price rates will be based on the prevailing rate at the time the order is submitted.
  • All orders must be placed via online through GES Expresso and paid upfront using credit/debit card (VISA / MASTERCARD). No services shall be performed unless, GES accepts the order.
  • All confirmed orders will be processed and an official invoice will be sent within 3-5 working days. Please contact GES if invoice has not been received after 5 working days from date of order.
  • All orders received after the deadline, will be based on the regular/onsite rate and subject to item availability.
Products & Services
  • Rates are on a rental basis for the duration of the exhibition.
  • Items included on the shell scheme package may not be swapped or exchanged.
  • Orders are subject to availability; GES will do all possible to accommodate all orders, but at our sole discretion, reserve the right to substitute items that may be unavailable to those of a similar specification, quality and performance.
  • All dimensions are provided in millimetres and are approximate only.
  • It is the Exhibitor’s responsibility to keep hire items in good condition during the continuance of hire. In the event of any item being damaged or lost through any cause whatsoever, the hirer agrees to pay GES the full value of such items in addition to the original hire charge.
  • Any related items not mentioned on the Order Form and Expresso, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Centre.
Payments
  • The full invoice value must be paid in AED immediately.
  • If full payment is not received immediately, GES reserves the right to cancel the order. Any re-booking of the order would need to be made at the applicable rate.
Cancellations
  • Cancellations must be made in writing or by sending an order cancellation request to show email
  • A cancellation charge will be invoked in respect of cancelled order
  • Any cancellation request(s) may be subject to 100% cancellation fees / No Refund
