GES is tasked with having the exhibit hall cleared at the above posted time. Given the amount of outbound shipments and the compressed time line, carriers are expected to wait their turn to load out. GES does not refuse or turn away carriers who arrive to pick-up exhibitor shipments. The wait time a carrier may have is dependent on many factors. It is the exhibitor's responsibility to discuss with their carrier if any waiting fees will be charged. Should your carrier charge waiting fees or if your carrier leaves before being loaded, GES will accept no responsibility.
