Booth Layout Plan

All power is provided from floor and supplied at rear of booth unless a floor plan provided.
Please complete and send us your Booth Layout Plan at least 2 weeks prior the event.

Filters:

No power sharing: Power that is rented by the exhibitor or by a supplier on behalf of the exhibitor or by any other customer is for use in only exhibit or booth and cannot be shared with another exhibit i.e. a 1500 watt outlet amp. service, etc. rented by one customer, supplier or exhibitor cannot be broken up into smaller units of power and used free of charge in another customer's booth or exhibit. The party that ordered the power will be responsible for the payment of the power supplied to these other booths as well as for the payment of the electrical power originally ordered, all as per listed catalogues prices. The minimum charge to any one exhibitor using power is for one 1500 watt outlet current prices.

Terms & Conditions

Pricing is listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
100% Refund Guarantee: Customer may cancel any orders for GES products and services made under GES Standard Terms and Conditions for any reason, provided written notice of cancellation is received by GES no less than seven (7) days prior to the first day of Move-In. If Customer has made any payment to GES for the orders, GES will refund 100% of such payment less the portion of such payment for services already performed by GES such as, but not limited to, custom cut carpet, special furniture, material handling, rigging, labor, electrical services or graphics.
All prices are in effect for the duration of the event and include general labor and 24‐hour service.
Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
Return your orders two (2) weeks before show move-in to ensure availability.
At show site, some items may not be available and substitutions may be necessary.
All orders received after the Advance Price Deadline Date will be processed at the Standard Price.
Prices and labour rates are based on current wage scales and may be subject to change without notice. Labour is billed with a minimum of 1 hour.
The price of an outlet includes the supply of this outlet at the rear of the exhibitor's booth. If this is not what you need, please provide us with a Booth Layout Plan. If no plan is provided, additional labour may apply.
Exhibitor is responsible for all items for the duration of the show.
Charges are for rental of equipment only. Items remain property of GES.
Any exhibitor requiring load‐in excess should notify GES.
Any connection or disconnection such as to machine terminals is an additional charge.
For rooms on the 5th floor, additional fees may apply for electrical installations.

All claims or discrepancies must be settled at the GES Service Centre prior to show closing. All items cancelled after move‐in begins, will be charged at 100% of the original price.
