Customs Services with ConsultExpo


CUSTOMS INFORMATION - NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
ConsultExpo Event Services Inc., has been selected as official Customs Broker and recommended carrier and will be pleased to assist exhibitors with their customs clearance needs when sending display material to Canada.

Included with their services you will have access to:
  • Simple and user-friendly assistance with customs brokerage document completion – only two forms to complete and return to ConsultExpo!
  • Round-trip customs clearance services – complete and return their forms in advance to receive a customs quote
  • Make sure to return your completed forms 48 hours before you plan to send your materials so ConsultExpo can review for customs accuracy
  • Shipping labels when working with ConsultExpo as your transportation provider
  • Please provide ConsultExpo with your carrier’s name and tracking number if not utilizing ConsultExpo for shipping
  • Do’s: complete and return the ConsultExpo forms prior to shipping to Canada, contact ConsultExpo for customs questions, and to receive a customs and/or shipping quote
  • Don’ts: do not pack personal belongings, tobacco, hand sanitizer or alcohol in your shipment, do not ship to Canada without completing their forms and letting them know who your carrier is
