We are pleased to announce that GES, in partnership with Trade-Mark Industrial Inc., will be the exclusive suppliers of Rigging and Machinery Installation services to CMTS 2023. As the specialized material handlers for CMTS 2023 in Toronto, we have prepared a range of information & order forms for these services. Please review and complete all necessary documentation accurately as we want to ensure that your move-in and move-out run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Please contact us for anything over 80,000 lbs for a quote.

All work done at the show is based on the hourly rates below & all payments are due in advance of the show. In order to avoid delays in processing both incoming and outgoing equipment, it is imperative that your method of payment be in our files prior to the start of the show.

  • Pricing is listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • Collect shipments will not be accepted.
  • GES is not responsible for concealed damage, damage to loose or inadequately packed shipments or loss of merchandise after delivery to booth.
  • It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to secure and maintain loss & damage insurance coverage for their exhibit properties.
  • GES reserves the right to change labourers and/or rates as shifts change.
  • No refunds/exchanges once show move-in begins.
  • All claims or discrepancies must be settled within one week of show closing.
