All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.

Please note that GES do not offer Freight Return to Warehouse Services. All freight must be picked up at the conclusion of the show by your chosen carrier. If your carrier does not show up, your freight will be re-routed. Once your freight is re-routed, it will be billed to you.








CALGARY STAMPEDE LOADING DOCK RESERVATIONS – VOYAGE CONTROL SYSTEM

The Calgary Stampede uses an on-line loading dock management system for reserving a loading dock date/time, powered by Voyage Control. This service helps you to reserve a time slot for moving your materials directly in/out of the Calgary Stampede grounds. Lot 25a will be utilized as the Marshalling Yard. Carriers need to go to the yard first to check-in before being directed to a loading dock at the BMO Centre.

Exhibitors who require the Loading Docks for Move In and Move Out, must book a time slot using the Calgary Stampede Voyage Control System. Access to the Loading Dock is by reservation only.

This loading dock management system not only saves you time, but also helps reduce CO2 emissions in the local area.
  • The Voyage Control System for booking your Move in date/time will be available: July 31, 2023. The Move out booking date/time will be made available at a later date.
  • All Booth Representatives will be sent a link with instructions and access code prior to the reservation system going live. You must ensure you transfer this to your EAC and/or transportation provider.
Exceptions:
  • Exhibitors shipping to the advance warehouse do not need to book a time slot for the move-in. GES will do this for you.
  • Exhibitors using GES/ConsultExpo for transportation for the move-in do not need to book a time slot. GES will do this for you.
  • Exhibitors using GES/ConsultExpo for transportation for the move-out do not need to book a time slot. GES will do this for you.
  • If you are shipping with a carrier other than GES/ConsultExpo at the end of the show you must book a time for the move-out.
