Each exhibit space includes :
    If you have a furnished booth each exhibit space includes :
  • Hard wall panels (white) back wall 8’ high + 1 sided panels of 8’ high + 2 low rail
  • 1 (one) fascia panel with black block text on white background
  • 1 (one) track light with 3 x 75 watt bulbs
  • 1 (one) 6’L x 30”H x 24”D table with black skirt
  • 2 (two) grey chairs
  • 1 waste basket
  • 1 (one) 10’x10’ grey carpet
  • 1 basic electrical outlet (15 amps)
  • Overall security and general aisle cleaning

    • If you have a non-profit booth each exhibit space includes :
  • Hard wall panels
  • 1 (one) fascia panel with black block text on white background
  • 1 (one) track light with 3 x 75 watt bulbs
  • 1 (one) 4’ table with black skirt
  • 2 (2) grey chairs
  • 1 waste basket
  • Carpeted space

    • If you have a booth only space each exhibit space includes :

    • Exhibitors are responsible for providing all additional furniture, equipment, power and lighting for their booths.

  • WBC 2016 includes one 1500W electrical outlet for each 10'x10' exhibit space. For additional electricity needs, please refer to the E-commerce Portal of the Palais des congrès de Montréal.
