The following instructions must be read very carefully. Failure to comply with them may lead to delays in customs clearance and subsequently to extra charges and/or late delivery to the Palais des Congrès de Montréal.
If you are shipping your material to AIDS 2022 with another shipping company of your preference, you still you need to inform the advanced warehouse.
Please note: Advance Warehouse Service does not include the return of your shipment to the warehouse at the end of the Conference. Your carrier must pick-up your shipment at the Palais des Congrès loading dock. Exhibitors selecting non-official carriers will need to make their own arrangements for pickup.
GES is the exclusive Onsite Material Handling / Drayage contractor, therefore moving your material from your booth or office to the Palais des Congrès loading dock after the Conference will have to be ordered with GES.
TIMELINE
All AIDS 2022 third parties’ shipments must be scheduled in order to be delivered at the advanced warehouse between 20 June and 19 July 2022.
If the deadlines below are not met and/or if the shipment is scheduled to arrive after 19 July 2022, GES / ConsultExpo cannot guarantee the delivery in the Palais des Congrès de Montréal will be made in time.
Deadline:

Reception of freight in advanced warehouse from your shipping supplier:Between 20 June and 19 July 2022.

If shipping internationally via courier service (DHL / FEDEX etc.) it is important to book your shipment with all fees pre-paid.

PACKING INSTRUCTIONS
All wood packaging materials must be ISPM 15 compliant and bear the IPPC seal.
