Important Dates and Deadlines

The GES Servicenter will be your one stop service location for all of your exhibit floor needs. You will be able to locate all of the vendors providing services for this event, as well as get answers to your questions around material handling, set up and dismantle. There will be GES Exhibitor Services Executives on the show floor that can bring the same level of service to you where you are in your booth. Please be sure to check your exhibit area when you arrive onsite for the contact information for your GES Exhibitor Services Executive.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
