See the Booth Regulations and Guidelines to determine if your booth type is allowed to have a hanging sign. If it is allowed, you must also receive approval from Show Management.

Please Note: GES handles all hanging signs that do not require electrical rigging, motors or truss. All other rigging is handled through the Pennsylvania Convention Center and can be found under Additional Show Services.

Please order Hanging Signs by the Monday, May 19, 2025 deadline date. By ordering in advance you will help us assure your sign is properly assembled and installed.

GES provides supervision, assembly and disassembly of hanging signs that do not require electrical rigging, motor, or truss. If your sign requires a motor, electrical rigging, and/or truss, please contact the exclusive Rigging vendor at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

• All signs must be designed to comply with Show Organizer rules and regulations and facility limitations.
• Make sure all signs, with the exception of cloth and vinyl banners, have structurally engineered rigging points as well as blueprints displaying a current structural engineer's stamp.
• If your sign requires electricity, make sure it is in working order and in accordance with the National Electric Code.
• Include Showsite Exhibitor contact information with the order.
• Include engineer-stamped drawings with hanging instructions as well as a set of assembly instructions (placement/orientation) with the order. GES accepts no liability for any work completed without such instructions, when required. Work is done at Exhibitor's risk and Exhibitor shall indemnify and defend GES and Show Organizer from any claims arising out of or related to the installation or dismantle of any sign without approved drawings.
