The FedEx Office at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center has instituted an additional receiving charge, which in turn will be applied to your invoice for any materials that go through the onsite FedEx receiving office.

Items received by the FedEx Office at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center department can be released to GES for delivery. Therefore, you will be charged for the Show Site Material Handling, plus the applicable FedEx Office charge listed below:

These rates are subject to change:
FedEx Received Package, Up to 50 lbs. - $42.00 + tax
FedEx Received Package, 50.1 - 60 lbs. - $50.00 + tax
FedEx Received Package, 60.1 - 150 lbs. - $66.00 + tax
FedEx Received Pallets/Crates, per Pound ($250.00 Minimum) or $0.80 per lb. (less than 312 lbs.) + tax

Follow these guidelines to avoid these additional charges:

• Ship to the GES Advance Warehouse by Friday, July 25, 2025, to avoid any package room charges. Standard material handling charges will apply for shipping to the Advance Warehouse.
