IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Marriott Philadelphia / Downtown absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at c/o Tforce Freight c/o Marano Truck Lines 9820 Blue Grass Road Philadelphia, PA  19114


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:10/4/2016
Tuesday, October 4, 2016 - Tuesday, November 1, 2016



Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at c/o Tforce Freight c/o Marano Truck Lines 9820 Blue Grass Road Philadelphia, PA  19114 starting:

Thursday, November 10, 20168:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Thursday, November 10, 20164:30 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
