IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Marriott Marquis New York, absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 203 Kuller Rd. Clifton, NJ  07011.

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
Thursday, November 13, 2025 - Friday, December 12, 2025

The warehouse will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving:
Thursday, November 27, 2025 
Friday, November 28, 2025 

Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 203 Kuller Rd. Clifton, NJ  07011 starting:

Monday, December 22, 20258:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Monday, December 22, 20253:00 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

If freight is delivered to the Advance Warehouse within the posted date range or on-target, it is billed at the Standard Rate. If freight is delivered to the Advance Warehouse outside the posted date range or off-target, it is billed at the Non-Standard Rate.
