Please note: Shipments arriving before Friday, December 20, 2024 will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after Wednesday, January 22, 2025 may incur an additional charge. Please refer to the Material Handling/Drayage Services page for more information.

Direct to show site shipments will not be accepted at the Hilton New York Midtown:

All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the facility. The facility does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the facility will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the facility for any items sent directly to the venue. For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply to each shipment not received within the deadlines.

In addition, carriers must be directed to pick up outbound shipments at the GES warehouse. Shipments that are loaded at the facility will be charged a 30% surcharge.
