Ordering Graphics

Step 1:
Select a Graphic Option from the list below
Step 2:
Enter quantity, panel placement and special instructions
Step 3:
Upload graphic file based on guidelines below
Step 4:
Submit your request
Step 5:
You will not receive a proof for approval. All artwork should be print ready and will be sent to production immediately after receiving the order and artwork.
Step 6:
The above must be all accomplished by the Ordering Deadline Date of Friday, August 30, 2024.

IMPORTANT - Graphics will not be stored unless storage has been ordered and storage agreement is completed on-site.

Falcon Board headers are NOT PERMITTED in All Sections of COTERIE.


Graphic Guidelines

Acceptable File Types:
Adobe Acrobat PDF
Adobe InDesign (.indd)
Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
Adobe Photoshop (.psd)
Image Resolution:
All bitmaps must be 100-150 ppi at final output size.
Critical Colors:
All Pantone and critical color values must be specified.

File Naming Convention:
Please make sure your File(s) are labeled with
the exhibiting company’s name, the show name,
booth number and panel location.
Links & Fonts:
Links and font must be included with each
graphic and placed in separate folders.
Do not embed bitmap images.
To guarantee correct font reproduction please outline all fonts.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Graphic Ordering Deadline Date is Friday, August 30, 2024. No orders will be accepted after this date.
