Material Handling/Drayage Services

What is Material Handling?

The unloading of your shipment, transporting it to your booth, storing and returning your empty crates and cartons and reloading your shipment at the close of the show (also called Drayage). Limited drayage for direct to showsite product shipments is included within your booth package, if you go above your allotment you will be charged for a minimum of 300 Lbs. For more information, please refer to the Show Décor rules pertaining to the show or section within which you are exhibiting.

Rolling Racks shipped to the show will not be weighed and will automatically have 75 Lbs applied to your allotment for each rack.

Avoid unexpected costs at show site and pre-order this service below. Shipping/Logistics costs are separate and are not included in Material Handling rates.
