Important Outbound Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT



Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Sheraton Boston Hotel and Towers absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at c/o YRC 95 Concord Street North Reading, MA  01864

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:11/2/2016
Wednesday, November 2, 2016 - Thursday, December 1, 2016

Warehouse will be closed Thursday, November 24 and Friday, November 25, 2016 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at c/o YRC 95 Concord Street North Reading, MA  01864 starting

Friday, December 9, 20168:00 AM To 4:30 PM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Friday, December 9, 20168:00 AM To 4:30 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
