    Note:Any manufacturer (or exhibitor) booth carpet left behind at showsite will be discarded by GES and carpet companies supplying the carpet will be invoiced for forklift and labor fees, and possible dumpster rental fees at a minimum of one hour. Please coordinate this with GES in advance.

Important Dates and Deadlines

*All inbound carriers must check into the advance warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Closed 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM & Holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

Please note: Shipments arriving before Wednesday, January 19, 2022 will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after Thursday, February 17, 2022 will incur an 30% ($50 minimum) surcharge. Please refer to the Material Handling/Drayage Services page for more information.
